Fin and Feather campground offers a true camping experience with gorgeous sunset views. Enjoy camping, birding, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and stargazing. The location has direct access to the Great River Bike Trail, a short drive to hiking at Palasades State Park, downtown Savanna and so much more.

Fin and Feather is family owned and operated by James and Danika Perron. We also own and operate Spring Lake Campground, which is just up the road. We take pride in having a place our guests can come to and relax and unplug. We are stewards to the land and water and prioritize nature. Our campgrounds are simple, we let the wildlife and the beauty of the river be the focal point. Our amenities are trees, water, sunsets and stars. We offer seasonal sites and drop in camping. Our drop in sites focus on primitive tent camping and smaller van, truck or camper options. There are no full hook ups or dump station on site. There is no shower house, we offer well maintained port a johns and access to potable water at spigots. There is a small camp store with ice, drinks, snacks and a small assortment of basic camping items. There is firewood available for purchase on site. We keep things relaxed and natural.
